Really nice and helpful staff. Nice view to the Volcano. Cute little cottages. Simple but totally clean and nice Equipment for a stay there. Good fresh cooked breakfast.

The staff service was exceptional. Made a comment that it's our honeymoon and the staff made an effort to make a new welcome sign on the mirror, and the swan was the best we seen around. Room ambience was great and very clean too, our room have good view of the airplane taking off too! Bed was extremely comfy with bolsters! Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it

Breakfast, lunch and dinner - the hosts wife makes tasty food. The host Hadi organizes very interesting 2 days 1 night Turtle tour, no need to book the room for that night! I had a fantastic stay at Dialoog Hotel! The service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated Miko, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

The views from JavaCove of the bay at Batukaras were beautiful and it was great to be able to walk out of the hotel and jump right into the sea. All the staff were friendly and helpful for booking transport and anything we needed. A great place for a beach getaway in West Java!

We are a family of three staying with Floating Paradise for 4 days. It's been an incredible experience! If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-track and relaxing stay, this is you destination. The owners Tono and Astrid are going out of their way to accommodate you and so will the kind staff. Upon arriving, we received an upgrade to the newly built family room, which features two separate rooms within the bungalow. Kayaking is free and great fun to explore the nearby mangroves, the small island ahead and Bobby Beach on the other side of the laguna. Snorkeling is fantastic here, as the coral reef can be found literally outside the bungalows. On the second day, we went on a boat trip to other islands, where we snorkelled at multiple gorgeous locations and ate lunch on a pristine and remote island - it was such an amazing day! The third day, Astrid took us onto a fun hike which rewarded us with breathtaking views over the island, ending at Bukit Love viewpoint. We also took advantage of Astrid being a certified Yoga teacher, having yoga lessons right by the dock as the sun set over the laguna - you really can't beat this setting. Our final day marked the end of Ramadan, so the entire family went out of their way and took us to town for a fun parade organized by the island community. A truly memorable experience! Thanks a bunch for your hospitality, we are leaving the island refreshed and with much love in our hearts.
