The whole team taking care of this place is amazing. So helpful, smiling, always ready to assist and have a small chat. The cheffs are so great....the food is amazing. Please please drink mango delight for me, I already miss it. I recommend trying tacos! very clean, gorgeous bathroom, everything you need is in the room, location is next to the beach, they have sunbeds and even outdoor gym. exceeded expectations.

The facilities perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing; attentive, genuinely welcoming and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. I must make a special mention to Ardy who really managed our stay perfectly ( that word again ). Nothing an issue and always a smile. We loved the stay. Thanks Ardy !!

We stayed at another hotel in Gili Air right before and we had no idea that there was such a nice oasis for the same room rate on the island, I wish we stayed here for longer! The location is superb, while the same time you can just relax and stay at the hotel facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of different type of sunbeds, bean bags & loungers to choose from. We got our laundry done with the hotel for a very good price as well. The restaurant is excellent, whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner - the menu is simply fantastic! The entire vibe there was just great, super modern and comfortable. Our room was also very spacious, with nice interior and very clean.

The staff, facilities, location and food are exceptional. The location is great, away from the lively centre but within walking distance to everything you need. We love the staff and would consider them our friends now. Everything is so clean and well maintained and the villas are so beautifully designed. We used the spa every day too. I can’t wait to visit again.
