Urban Loft Hostel in Rishīkesh provides adults-only accommodation with a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. Very welcoming staff working here, I was here for Diwali and it was a lot of fun. I liked that it’s tucked up the mountain a little off the main road. My room was super comfortable. I was able to get a ride to and from airport so it was no hassle getting here.

I spent a week in Tapovan following my yoga course and was delighted with my stay at The Shivaay. All the important details were there - huge comfy bed, excellent shower pressure, super clean... Most importantly the staff was lovely and I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller. Thank you for everything, and see you again 😊

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They helped us plan our 3/4 days in Rishikesh, offering recommendations on what is worth seeing and how to navigate the town. They booked multiple taxis for us and helped us with rickshaws. They also accommodated a late booking at the spa for a massage for my sister. The hotel and rooms were very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable, and the heating worked great during the winter season so we were very cozy. It was a lovely place to rest after exploring the surroundings.

Featuring lake views and a garden, White House Group Of Houseboats is set in the Dal Lake district of Srinagar, 7.9 km from Pari Mahal and 8.7 km from Hazratbal Mosque. I couldn't reccomend this houseboat enough, it exceeded our expectations. The location of the house boat is ideal. A short boat ride of a few minutes away from the main street and included in the price. Most houseboats charge for crossings. It is located at the end of the first row of house boats, giving you a wonderful uninterrupted view of the whole lake from your bedroom. The house boat is surrounded by beautiful waterlilies and looks stunning. Everything was very clean and we felt very safe. Abrahim is a wonderful host, who made our experience in Srinagar memorable. He helped us plan our days and even organised a driver for us for our next leg of our journey to Leh! We really felt at home from the minute we arrived and Abrahim was available whenever we needed him. Breakfast was included, and really set us up for the day. We ate on the houseboat varanda, cooked with Kashmiri love accompanied by Kashmiri tea - another highlight. Thank you for making us feel like family, Abrahim!

Boasting mountain views, Oji's Homestay - Aesthetic Rooms with kitchen in lower tapovan near laxman jhula, free airport pickup for 7 or more night bookings offers accommodation with balcony, around 29... Honestly, this place is a proper gem. You can tell the owner’s really put some thought into the little things that actually matter. The room came with a kitchen kitted out with every bit of gear you’d need for the stay. Everything—the bedding, the shower, the whole lot—was absolutely spotless and bone dry, which is a rare find in these parts! There’s even a lovely little lamp if you fancy a bit of reading at night. Location-wise, it’s spot on. You’re right by the Ganga and Laxman Jhula, so getting across to the other side is quite easy.
