La Martellina B&B menawarkan akomodasi klasik di sebuah pabrik abad ke-13, dengan penyewaan sepeda gratis dan taman. We stayed in the tower room which I would recommend. A stone building decorated comfortably in period style, it was the most charming bedroom we had on our 6 week Italian holiday. The adjoining bathroom is in a more modern style. The whole property oozed charm, even the front gates. It was lovely to hear the running water outside our bedroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We dined out in the garden with fellow guests. Our host spoke several languages and was very helpful with directions to the B&B, which is near the final stop of an easy and cheap! bus trip from Florence. If you have the chance and if weather permits, have dinner at the nearby outdoor Social Club.
