There is not a single negative that comes to mind after staying there. The host is very kind and accommodating to any needs and loves to talk about the local history and geology. The rooms have a view of the creek and the mountains at the same time and within minutes you can be on several trails in the Apuan Alps. During our stay Riccardo gave us an such an amazing experience that is extremely rare these days and I cannot recommend it enough

Booking.com had an issue during my booking payment, i booked a night somewhere else only to find late in the afternoon that both bookings had actually worked...the owner kindly agreed to move my booking to the next day, which was much appreciated.

Modern well appointed property. The owner Angela met us at the property and was very charming and efficient. The property was spotlessly clean and was kept that way due to the fantastic maid, who cleaned the apartment on a daily basis. Made the bed and changed the towels, cleaned the bathroom and restocked the fridge with mini breakfast provisions. The Nespresso machine was refilled with water and coffee pods. Lovely woman. Being Australians we needed milk in our coffee. We had to buy from the local mini market in the next street. The guy in the mini market was super friendly and lent us a cork screw for the 4 days we were there. We also found Orbitello on our travels, about 8 km away and well worth a visit. Also go and look at the monastery, beautiful place with a lovely church. We really enjoyed our stay.
