The bathroom may need a bit of renovating but it didn't bother me. Location was great, 5 min to the beach, 12-15 min to the port and about 18 min to the station, but there is a bus stop near by that goes to the station. You can see mt. Fuji on a clear day on the street where the guesthouse is. Very special place, I would like to stay again.
