Situated within less than 1 km of Lighthouse Beach and 5.5 km of Daepo Port, SokCho Station Hostel features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Sokcho. Really pristine! Everything is neat and clean, and organised. The kitchen / common space was nice too. Staff is great - only met the guy at the cafe though and he's really chill. Also, the only hostel in my S Korea trip that readily replied to my request for a lower bunk bed. Great location - stone's throw from the intercity bus station (not the express bus station - take a bus from Seoul East station instead of Express bus station in Seoul). Bus stop for Seoraksan right in front.

A recently renovated property, Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View" is set in Sokcho near Lighthouse Beach, Sokcho Culture Center and Yeongnangho. The room was really clean/ new and had all the things we needed ( electrical appliances, cleaning supplies, etc). The views from the room were also so breathtaking, being on the 17th floor and facing the ocean. Other than that, it was also so convenient, as it was so close to so many food choices and convenience stores, and even the bus terminals.

Sokcho Hutte features air-conditioned guest accommodation in Sokcho, 1.1 km from Lighthouse Beach, 6 km from Daepo Port and 6.5 km from Seorak Waterpia. Everything was great. They provided guests with shoe spikes/crampons for hiking in Seoraksan Park (since there was still a lot of snow on the trails), which was super helpful!! The beds being equipped with heating pads was a highlight. Clean, convenient location (2 minute walk from intercity bus station - *not Express*, 5 minute walk from bus stop to Seoraksan, 2 minute walk from a 7-11), overall can recommend

Located in Gangneung, 35 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, The Beauty Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The room was really spacious and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was made fresh by one of the owners and was delicious. The location is close to multiple bus stops which was really helpful for me.

Situated within 2 km of Sokcho Beach and 2.4 km of Daepo Port, Blue Door Hostel Guesthouse features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sokcho. Wonderful guesthouse. It’s right by the beach and close to the town centre. Seoraksan National Park is a 30 minute bus ride away. The room was a decent size and bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Judith is a wonderful host, kind and try her best to make your feel like at home. She gave the whole information about city and the national park, gave all recommendations, schedule of buses and help me to buy ticket to a Seoul. Also she can help you to buy a ticket to Busan from Sokcho. The room was so clean, the breakfast is so good. She even made her homemade strawberry jam when i was there! She speaks English very well and it was a pleasure to talk about everything :) Highly recommend!

The House Hostel is located in Sokcho. Free WiFi access is available. The bus terminal is 5 minutes' walk away. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning. A perfect stay at a beautiful house in Sokcho. Clean and comfortable room and a lovely common area for having your own breakfast or lunch. Mr Yoo is a very kind and happy person, helping everyone with si many details for their trip. Absolutely recommended.

Situated in Gangneung, 28 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, Aark House features air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Took the single room. It was clean, spacious, and finally large towels which are rare in Korea.

Located in Goseong, Kensington Resort Seorak Beach offers sweeping views of the sea and mountains. It features a restaurant, sauna and rooms with a kitchenette. Free parking is available. The one thing is the best. It was location, near with the beach. thats all. renovate it
