The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We stayed only one night at the beginning of the season in Kalpitiya, and we had a great stay here. The chalets are spacious, modern and super clean, the bathrooms were huge as well. The courtyard had also a great vibe with the sand and the palm trees providing some shade. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - we also had breakfast here and coffee, both were great choices.

Kitelantis provides lagoon front accommodation in Kalpitiya. Among the various facilities of this property are a water sports facilities and an outdoor swimming pool. The property provides lagoon views. The staff are the best! Specially the manager Jessie, so nice to talk to and helped us with everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also lovely. Location is amazing, if you want a very beach jungle vibe this is the place. The pool bar was probably my favourite. Oh and if you want to go to the beach you go by boat, just a couple of minutes. Almost no tourist around.

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. The receptionist was super lovely and all the staff were kind. Breakfast and food in general is good. And the bar area is perfect. Even some people from other hotels come there to have dinner, so even though it is a calm place it has a lively atmosphere and ocean views. That's important if you are staying few days Working WiFi in the room.

Great sea view from the restaurant. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. Highly recommend!

Sandy Edge has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kalpitiya, 400 metres from Kudawa Beach. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Great location close to beach. This area SL low key not all built up, quieter! The great breezes make it kite surfers paradise, and the breezes make the huge covered porch a nice place to hang out.. The family that manages very helpful, content & beautiful. They make good food, and help arrange local needs. The first night I stayed in budget room, but then upgraded for 2 nights to the larger cabana because it has better cross ventilation & surfaces to put things on. Both size rooms have your own porch with cushioned seating. Neither rooms have a/c but you don't need it with the good breezes & room fans.

It is located at a-minute walk away from the Rascals kite surfing school where you can rent equipment, learn how to kite surf and free boat transfer to main kite surfing beach. Yoga classes are available at an extra cost. One of the best places we've ever stayed. If you're reading this, go ahead and book your stay and thank me later.

The property is located about 5 - 10 minutes from the Wilpattu park entrance which not only means you can easily book a safari but you also experience some incredible wild life just steps outside your door. We cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and so accommodating. It’s very clear that the folks at Wild Wadi are very passionate about animals, the environment and sharing all of their knowledge with their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at Wild Wadi each night. We had traditional Sri Lankan meals and it was some of the best food we had so far on our trip. We would highly recommend booking at Wild Wadi if you are visiting Wilpattu - such an incredible experience! We will be back!
