Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

Had an amazing stay at Akunamatata and would highly recommend it. The house was clean and spacious and only a few minutes from the Main Street of Grand Case and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed while away. The outdoor area was relaxing and the bed very comfortable. Although we were sharing the house with other people it was a perfect place to stay. Thank you to Jamal for being so accommodating!

I didn’t “like” anything I LOVED EVERYTHING!

Love Boutique Hotel se nachází u moře v destinaci Grand Case. Grand Case Beach je několik kroků daleko. Některé pokoje mají patio s výhledem na moře. The location is absolutely fantastic. Right on the beach, easy to walk to several great restaurants (the best of St Martin!) and bars. We had a room with seaview, I would definitely recommend that. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves :-) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no parking facility of its own but it’s easy to park on the street or at a paid parking service around the corner. The bed is very comfortable, it’s clean, and very cosy. We will return here for sure.
