We chose The Quetzal for a long stay (10 nights) and we would book it again and again. We booked the suite with terrace on the ground floor that had enough space for us to feel comfortable and easy to carry around our heavy luggage. We had such a lovely stay, all the staff (Monica, Alberto and the chef Luis) were friendly, attentive and very responsive. The breakfast was also really delicious and there was always a different main dish. The location is steps away from downtown Cancun (not to be confused with the “Hotel Zone”) with plenty of restaurants around. The ADO bus station is easy to reach and was our choice of transportation from the airport. Thank you from us!

Bed and Breakfast Pecari se nachází v centru Cancúnu, 15 až 20 minut chůze od stanice ADO, 20 minut jízdy od letiště a 5 minut jízdy od vstupu do hotelové zóny a pláže. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the room was spotless with some really nice touches. They gave great recommendations and the check in was so easy. Sad I didn’t stay more

Hotel Para Ti - Adults Only se nachází v destinaci Ostrov Holbox a má zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Super friendly staff - EXCELLENT breakfast. Comfortable beds, lovely leafy palms around the pool and two rooftop lounges. Our second visit. Close to many good restaurants.

The kayak being included was awesome. The common room was great also at night to hang and play games ( giant backgammon board/table). The location is love a quiet in nature and all the buildings are separate which I loved .

We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

Hotel Solana Bacalar Lakefront se nachází v destinaci Bacalar a má soukromou pláž, terasu, bar a vybavení pro vodní sporty. Super good location, not in the city center but at walking distance if you like walking and only 5 min drive if you have a car. The access to the lagoon is perfect as it's towards the end of the lagoon, quite close to the Cocalitos cenote but not on the Cenote so the water is clear and shallow. Free kayak that's amazing, you can cross to the Birds Isle. Breakfast is correct for such a small hotel. Hotel with only a few rooms so it's not crowded and atmosphere is super relax. Lovely reception staff, friendly, smiling. Cocktails are nice and affordable. I had passion fruit margarita. Food is nice and affordable. We tried camarones it was delicious.

Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- se nachází 400 metrů od centra města Playa del Carmen a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací a balkonem, venkovní bazén a terasu. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
