The location is perfect, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided was more than enough and very satisfying. The host was incredibly kind and helpful—he even gave us a ride to Steenwijk Station, which we deeply appreciated. It would have been quite challenging to get there by bus, especially since my friend had hurt her foot while biking.

Fantastic countryside location, wonderful lake swimming 50m from the front door, great cycling and an abundance of local walks, lovely bistro restaurant nearby , extremely spacious and well furnished apartment, Jorieke met us, showed us everything and was very supportive throughout.
