Top notch, super comfy rooms (and trust us - we did a comprehensive research across all Chitwan hotels) and well maintained facilities. Can't emphasize enough how happy we were us to be able to take a very comfortable shower after full day of jungle activities. Jeep safari, River safari, Jungle walks were all amazing experiences - especially the Jeep safari! On one full day safari, we were able to see 20+ rhinos, countless deers and peacocks and langur, the famous wilf elephant Dhurbe, a sloth bear, and even a tiger from a distance! Our guide Roshan has sharp eyes and went out of the way to look for animals that we wished to see - we saw many animals that we wouldn’t have been able to spot without him. Food was also top notch (beat 90% of resort food almost everywhere) - amazing fried rice and love breakfast that was different everyday! The sundowner watching rhinos from afar was also an unforgettable experience. Thank Sanctuary Chitwan team for taking great care of us. We will definitely revisit if we are back in the region to see more rhinos! Meanwhile, highly recommend Sanctuary to anyone who is visiting Chitwan :)

The best place I have been in all of Nepal. If I could give more than 10, I would. Shiva’s Hippies Colony in Sauraha is not just a guesthouse , it is a home. Raj and Swastika form a lovely family. Kind, respectful and human, they welcome you not as a customer but as a friend. From the very first moment, you feel safe, at ease, and truly seen. It’s a typical Nepali family setting, where you can experience something truly different. They are not acting kind, they are kind. Authentically. You can feel it in everything they do. I kept extending my stay, day after day. I only left because I couldn’t change my flight ticket. They can help you arrange any activity such as jungle walks, jeep safaris, canoe rides. Pick-up and drop-off are available too, to and from the bus park. They provide bycicles for free, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and the chill-out area invites you to relax, read, meditate, or simply be. The rooms are clean and comfortable, matress is top quality and the food is nourishing and delicious, and the pool is a big bonus. If you are heading to Sauraha and want to experience something deeper than just transactions and services (not blaming anyone,it’s just not my cup of tea), look no further. This is your place. Go with time. Let yourself slow down.

I really recommend this resort. The location is insane. The room and accommodation are really good. The staff is so helpful and friendly!! They helps us with everything we need and make our days in chitwan even better! Thank you ☺️

The stuff is just amazing. Friendly, helpful with tours, tuk tuks....with fair prices and good value. The traditional huts are super cozy, clean and just comfortable and the food they cook is delicious.

My stay at Wild Adventure Resort was nothing short of amazing! The room service staff were absolutely awesom—super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was very good, with delicious local flavors that made every meal enjoyable. A special shoutout to the owner, Mr. Saroj, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He personally made sure I was comfortable and even helped organize all my activities in Sauraha from jungle safaris to canoe rides and cultural shows. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, adventure, and warm hospitality all in one!
