Owners were super lovely and helped return an item I left on the island asap! They picked us up from the ferry and had a courtesy car we could hire during our stay which was invaluable. Cabins are fairly close to each other but private enough we could enjoy our stay. Had washer and dryer available if needed.

Located on the shores of Lake Te Anau, Fiordland Lakeview Motel and Apartments offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi and lake and garden views. Location was excellent! View spectacular. Neat and clean and convenient!

Niagara Ridge Retreat Catlins se nachází v destinaci Niagara v oblasti Southland a nabízí terasu a výhled na moře. It is a wonderful lone big house, looks new, on a hill overlooking a lake, beautiful scenery. The owners are very nice. It is a very spacious and quiet. Great fire place with plenty good fire wood. It was a great pleasure staying there. We had all the equipment and appliances that we needed, including washing machine and a dryer. Tips for guests: make sure you arrive there in daylight to make it easier to notice signs leading to the place. Read the owner's instructions and guidance well before arrival, including the WiFi code in case you need to call the owner with WiFi before you enter the house. Please be aware that there are no shops in the vicinity. It is highly recommended to buy your groceries in advance. The only restaurant which is within a reasonably short drive - closes early. The nearest food shop is a 15-20 minutes drive away, doesn't have much stuff and closes early. There is a pub near this shop which closes at about 10pm, to be verified. The kitchen closes much earlier. It is better to learn the area well in advance.

The entire place is fantastic. It's an entirely separate house from the owner. You get your own driveway. Lockbox check-in with clear instructions. Excellent bathroom products (especially the handmade soaps and the bath bombs). We loved the outdoor double bath. The bed’s super comfortable. You could even stare at the sea on your bed. You just can't beat this one for a romantic getaway. Will definitely come back again someday.

Te Anau Lakefront Backpackers se nachází na břehu jezera Te Anau, 5 minut pěšky od centra města. Nabízí výhled na hory a jezero z většiny pokojů. We loved staying in our glamping tent for the night! It was super clean and comfortable in there. The showers and bathrooms were also very clean.
