The property is a lovely place to stay, with a comfortable bed Wi-Fi was great, location was brilliant and the town is very charming. Daniel was great to talk to, as interesting as I expected. The property has all the utensils you need, the oven top is separate from your room but that was no problem for us. We will definitely be back when we come back to New Zealand And to confirm a previous review, the toilet paper is superb

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. In fact, it was cleaner than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in New Zealand on my three week trip. Sometimes staying in someone’s home can feel uncomfortable, but this was not the case at all. Julie was so welcoming, and the guest rooms are on the top floor and each have their own private amenities. Julie was incredibly kind, offering helpful information about the area, and she went above and beyond by doing our dishes, refreshing the breakfast food in the fridge, and tidying up every day. The neighborhood is super cute and peaceful too, and our room had a lovely view of the mountains. This was definitely a better deal than any other hotel in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Situated in Marahau, Kanuka Ridge Lodge is a short drive to the beach, the cafes, restaurants and the start of the Abel Tasman National Park. Free unlimited WiFi and private parking. Our room and the grounds were very clean and well looked after. The shared kitchen was clean and well stocked. The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable.
