Fort Guesthouse نُزل القلعة is located in Muscat, 1.2 km from Old Watch Tower, 5.3 km from Muscat Gate Museum, as well as 5.3 km from Central Business District. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We have had an excellent time at the Fort Guesthouse. The rooms are big, cozy and very clean, the staff is welcoming and very nice. And the location is also perfect!

All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. While some rooms boast sea views and others garden views, all rooms come with an electric kettle and coffee machine. The rooms are complete with a private bathroom with free toiletries, a bathrobe, two outdoor swimming pools and hair dryer. Everything. I travel extensively and this is one of few hotels which is absolutely perfect. From the check in staff, breakfast staff, room service staff, the guys that clean the rooms etc all amazing. The lady staff member at breakfast always remembered I liked a quiet area to eat. And that made me feel good knowing something so simple she remembered. Honestly this hotel and staff should be very proud of the hotel. Beds very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. I cannot praise enough. I will certainly be back. I leave rested and with a smile on my face. The pool is the best, if your a pool walker like me it’s amazing Well done W Muscat

The food is really outstanding - Zale restaurant setting is so well done with great food, and it’s true the breakfast and lunch buffets are staggeringly good - oysters, lobsters, a DJ playing lounge beats, tick tick tick. The location in the upcoming Al Mouj area is great for walking out a bit which is a bonus over resort type hotels. Private beach, nice pools, bowling alley all great for our kids.

The resort boasts a private beach and panoramic infinity pool views. The staff were very friendly and catered to all our needs. The resort was beautiful and felt very private and safe.

In the 80's in Time Magazine Al Bustan Palace published beautiful ad and since then I wanted to visit this place. During my recent first visit to Oman I knew that I must stay at Al Bustan Palace. This place is everything I Imagined long time ago in the 80's. It is a real Palace built for kings and princes of the Gulf states. Arabic themed buffet dinner was of the highest quality with amazing variety (tagine, shuwa, maqluba, shawerma, . . .). Frankincense scent in the lobby, fires in the garden during the evening, beautiful colors on the mountains during sunset and sunrise . . . We kindly received room upgrade and late check out. One of the few truly magical places in our world (like La Mamounia in Marrakech)

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. I had a great stay at this hostel! It was very clean, and I met some amazing new friends during my time there. The hosts, zouhair and Louey, were super friendly, attentive and organized very interesting trips at very affordable prices. I highly recommend staying here — it’s a perfect place for anyone looking to meet people who travel a lot and/or explore the area very well !

This 5-star resort offers a private beach area, room service and free WiFi. The resort features a sauna and a concierge service. The hotel was very new. However, the procedures was very smooth. I really did like the whole ambiance of the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly.
