The staff are so friendly especially Victor and Carolina who were very helpful with places to eat, drink and see. The free coffee and cake was a great added touch and was nice to come back to the hotel at night and have a nice glass of port on the balcony which is also on the house.

Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. We enjoyed room and bathfoom comfort and design. The view made me happy every morning. Room heating was more then satisfying. Breakfast was very good. Everybody working there was kind and helpfull. Overall excellent experience, and I already recommended this hotel to some friends🩵

The property has atraditional exterior, which was fully renovated, and is at just 300 metres from Commerce Square, which overlooks the Tagus River. Very clean and complete facilities, nice and friendly staff. Rich breakfast choices, and fridge always full of food.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, it just 200 metres from Rossio Square a short walk from the iconic Santa Justa Lift. Perfect hotel in the center of the city, everything was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast and slightly later check in were a nice addition.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. We stayed here on Christmas Eve and it was a real holiday experience. The check-in procedure was very efficient and we also received a glass of sparkling wine right at the reception desk and a delicious panettone cake in the room. The room was trendy, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. All the staff members were really friendly and kind, even those who just seemed to be passing by. The manager of the hotel Bruno was very attentive, too, and did not hesitate to make sure that everything was alright. However, the best surprise was the unexpected Christmas gift we received at the check-out, which was a lovely gesture and definitely convinced us to make a plan to return to the hotel in the future.

The apartment was clean, lovely, kitchen had basics to enable cooking. The bathroom had everything one can imagine, beds were comfortable. Clear communication with staff. And pastes de nata as a welcome gift :)

Great location, cleanliness, staff were super friendly, Mama’s dinner was so good. Beds were comfy, i liked the common areas too. I have nothing to complain about it, felt super comfortable staying there.
