Set in Cha Am, 100 metres from Cha Am Beach, Panjai's Place features a bar and views of the city. Very friendly service - welcoming and helped us with all our needs. The place is the cleanest! Great efforts to keep it spotless, the bathroom was immaculate! So close to the beach, in a quiet area, so sleep is very peaceful. But still close to a 7/11. I would recommend this place for a safe and clean room that’s super affordable.

Located within a few steps of Cha Am Beach and 3.5 km of Cha-am Railway Station, Shady Palms Guest House Cha Am Beach features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cha Am. Wonderful guest house with new decor. The large bed was comfortable, my room room had a large wardrobe with drawers and an ample supply of clothes hangers.. There is also a large table and chair and nice size refridgerator. Also a clean large tiled bathroom with a modern easy adjutable hot water heater. The Guesthouse entry terrace and resturant gives guests a wonderful and relaxed place to eat and meet. Within a minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars this Guesthouse is second to none in Cha Am. Tonto and Shirley are superb hosts. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

Boasting a shared lounge, terrace and views of city, You And Me Guesthouse is situated in Cha Am, a few steps from Cha Am Beach. This was the best stay so far for me in Asia. I usually try to have a budget around 20-30€ per night. This stay was what I expected for the money. But the hospitality of the host was what really made this one special. If I come back to Thailand I will have to return here.
