We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla, eraranna ja terrassiga View Point Resort asub Koh Taos, 500 meetri kaugusel Chalok Baan Kao rannast. Everyone was wonderful, as was the food and the facilities. The location was also sensational, away from the main center, but a 5 minute walk to multiple other venues if you need some variety.
