Despite being in the middle of a "hectic" area, the hotel is a quiet comfortable haven. Really near main attractions, restaurants and public transport. Staff went the extra mile every time. Always kind and helpful. The lady at check in spent time with suggestions for things I might like to do in Istanbul, as well as making sure I could settle into the hotel. What was absolutely super is that they managed to let me into the room even a bit earlier than the already early official check in time (1pm). After a tiring night train journey, that was a HUGE help, I had only asked if I could leave my suitcase until 1pm but it seems they had one room already vacated so cleaned that one first for me, while I hung out. I really liked the breakfast here and loved the coffee from their machine (and liked that it was free to use all day).

A special thanks to Manager Abdullah, whose assistance was invaluable; he promptly addressed every question and need we had. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to the iconic Hagia Sophia, making it incredibly convenient for exploring this historic area. The room was very clean, and all the essential items were delivered on time. If you are going to Istanbul, definitely consider staying here. Teşekkür ederim!

We visited Istanbul in June and were very pleased with the trip, especially with the hotel where we stayed. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. We felt care and professionalism in every detail. We were very satisfied with the breakfast that was served there – you could find everything you could wish for. The location is fantastic, with a view of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. The room was fresh and well-cleaned every day when we returned from our walks. We were offered coffee and tea every time we entered the hotel. Highly recommended! 🙂

Despite being so central, the surroundings were peaceful, allowing for a restful experience after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the entire property. My room was impeccably maintained, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom. The attention to detail in keeping the hotel tidy and hygienic was truly commendable.
