It was easy to find with adequate parking available near the entry, the building was beautiful and clean, the staff were all incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly! The house was very clean and in a wonderful condition, verx comfortable with a gorgeous panorama.

The apartment is clean, well lighted, spacious, and comfy. All the kitchen amenities were helpful. We get a problem with the TV, and the customer service responded immediately and fixed the issue the day after. It’s located in the downtown, around 5 minutes walk from the magnificent mile. The surrounding area is walkable, you can find restaurants, cafe, and supermarkets within few minutes walking. We highly recommend the stay, and I will take it again for our future chicago trips.
