Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they remember you during your stay. The room was pretty big and super comfortable, we did like the mattress a lot! Room is perfectly clean and well equipped. The bathroom is quite large and it is really luxurious. I did like that they offer you free bottles of water in your room that is not typical in all 4+ star places nowadays. Breakfast is fabulous: great quality food and wide range of choices!! Rooftop bar offers a fantastic panoramic view of the city, it is nice both in the daylight and in the dark!

It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.
