O m g stayed there with my boyfriend and still can’t get over how amazing it was! Literally on the warf, fantastic view and the best price in the area. The room was spotless and super comfy (from a double shower, great mattress to how quiet it was, even though a family with kids stayed next door (finally a hotel with real walls rather than cardboard!)). But the most amazing part was the staff: cordial, extremely helpful, accommodating and professional; and I mean from the manager to the cleaning personnel. If we come to Santa Cruz again we will definitely stay there!!

We were disappointed with the food service. Order placed for meal was never received had to call to find out where our food was. Told they made a mistake and good would be delivered in 5 minutes. Once received one order was missing, no utensils or napkins they had to return twice to get it right
