The beachfront Tasia Maris Sands Hotel is an adults-only property, located directly on the Ayia Napa beach. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. This has been one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The hotel is very clean, the staff are highly professional and friendly. The location is perfect as well — just 2 minutes from a cute and quiet beach. Our reservation included breakfast, and everything we tried was really delicious. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was perfect, we were family of 4. Our apartment was on ground floor so for kids super just straight to the playground. We had Sandy bay beach 50 meters to nissi beach 10 minutes walking... Great location quite but near to busy Street with shops and supermarkets. We had water, apples and bottle of wine in fridge 🤗 We had lovely time...thank you Spyros hope see you again

This beach front hotel is located in Ayia Napa in Cyprus. Pavlo Napa Beach hotel features furnished balconies with sea and inland views, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds and... Room was lovely with great views over pool and sea and beach was at the hotels beachfront cafe. Less than a short walk to shops and abundant restaurant if you fancied a dining change - if you could pass up the great food on offer at the hotel!

There are douche in the yard and it is very close to both beaches from behind and front and I would say this is the best access to Sand Beach if you like a snorkeling, this is also perfect.
