The beachfront Tasia Maris Sands Hotel is an adults-only property, located directly on the Ayia Napa beach. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. The receptionists at the hotel were amazing – super helpful and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome and made everything easier. The location is absolutely perfect – just a few steps from the beach.:)

I was lucky enough to find this accommodation available in August by chance. The apartment is excellent, very clean, equipped with everything you need for cooking, and features a huge terrace with sun loungers and a view of the beach. Our apartment had a side window, so it was very well-ventilated. Surprisingly, during our entire stay in August, we only had to turn on the air conditioning once. It is located in a very peaceful area, at Sandy Bay Beach where you will always find a spot on the beach even if you arrive late. The famous Nissi Beach is less than a 10-minute walk along the coastline, and you can reach the city center in just over 30 minutes of leisurely walking, along a street full of bars and shops, making your walk quite enjoyable. You'll also find shops just a few minutes away from the accommodation. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant serving excellent food. Unfortunately, we missed the day when they prepare their specialty in a clay oven, but we hope to have the opportunity to try it next time. Many thanks to Spyros for his hospitality.
