Excellent place and excellent host. She is very accommodating! Tried two different rooms and one with an incredibly comfy bed with blackout mechanical shutters. The Wellness room is one to try as well! We only tried that room out for one night and would have loved to stay longer.

Beautiful rooms in a lovely Art Nouveau house. The location was perfect: quiet, but just around the corner from the main square with cafes and shops. Getting to a hotel after a long flight is always tiring, so it was a comfort and a joy to meet the welcoming, wise, helpful, and entertaining host. A bountiful, gourmet, made-to-order breakfast was served in the charming kitchen, warmed by an Aga stove. Mechelen is a wonderful city to visit, a convenient taxi ride from the airport, and perfect entry point for a trip to Belgium and France. We hope to stay at Lunatree again.

Our host Kurt was absolutely so wonderful and kind and made us feel very welcomed. I normally don’t wrote reviews but I would be doing a disfavor if I didn’t. I even overslept after my stay and he was kind to let us have a few extra minutes for checkout. Absolutely a great host and the location was perfect.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable – a perfect choice for a family couple like us. Every single item was beyond our expectation in this price range: the stylish, very well equipped room, perfect wi-fi, spacious, confortable bad for having a great night with blackout roller blinds + fly screen adjustable ! Huge TV, 5m long desk for 2 computers and all possible things, various warm, switchable lights, beautiful bathroom with Italian shower... Outside we really enjoyed a large, quiet garden with great spacious views, many nice spots and very confortable seats. The swimming pool, gym, next time, coming in a cooler month we're sure to enjoy the sauna, the Jacuzzi and to see to see again our preferred cat !

    We enjoyed everything about this property. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The b&b is located in a quiet area, a few minutes away from the city center. The breakfast was very good with multiple choices. The whole building is decorated and designed in a stylish way and the attention to details is present everywhere.
