Lovely bed & breakfast place in Dordogne! Highly recommended. They have large family rooms, and also double bed rooms perfect for couples. Clean, private and comfortable. I love the “rock” design and feeling around the property. Great hosts taking care of our needs, served a rich and delicious breakfast, and let us use the kitchen to cook our own dinner in a separate outside building, where we enjoyed an outside dinner on a terrace. Really felt like being home.

Everything! Martin and Saskia made us feel welcome before we arrived by providing details of how to find their delightful home, to recommending restaurants etc. What sets them apart is their genuine love for their visitors and making them feel part of their household. How? Such gestures as providing tea and coffee facilities throughout the day, providing a space in a communal fridge where you can store provisions, providing cutlery and crockery should you wish to eat in during the evening…..AND they wash up after you! We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest weather when the huge garden with comfortable loungers, tables , parasols and swimming pool were all we needed. Storage for our bikes, recommended restaurants, secure parking, locked at night, excellent breakfast, spacious bedroom, lounge with loads of reading material…..absolutely everything has been considered. Saskia speaks several languages and effortlessly switches from one to another. Whatever your nationality you will receive the warmest welcome.

Lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Great, peaceful setting with all you need from a B and B..plus the joy of a small kitchen in the garden room so you do not have to eat out at restaurants every night.

Perfectly located, La Bicicleta Ravito exceeded expectations. The space is really beautifully done, designed to feel warm, but with clean lines, and a lovely aesthetic. The overall cycling vibe is especially nice—they've managed to do something interesting and slightly funky without getting too kitschy. The owners (and their charming kids!) could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Bonus points for having nice, clean, well-serviced bikes for rent (bike rentals at hotels are usually awful). Breakfast was a gorgeous, delicious affair :)

Claudine, the owner, is the best thing about the property because she makes it very homey and welcoming gives the property her unique French touch. She took time to welcome me and show me the room. She drew a map of the area so I wouldn’t get lost. The breakfast room is glorious breads, croissants, chocolate croissants,fruits, a huge assortment of jams, cereals,coffee and tea available for snacks as well as breakfast. Your biggest decision every day will be choosing from the hundred or so cups of different shapes, sizes, colors, floral prints, stripes as to which one will make your coffee or tea taste best. Then you have to choose a plate-same story. Absolutely lovely. The hotel has a n outdoor sitting area with area with a small bar that seems to be the local gathering spot in the evenings. I loved listening to the joyful conversations in French with my windows open. Very comfortable room with large long bathtub that I used nightly. I usually prefer shower but could not resist the tub The rooster art on the bedroom walls made me smile every time I walked in. I only stayed two nights and it wasn’t enough. Claudine is interesting person to visit with. She’s been in the are most of her life. There is wide variety of adventure in nature in the area. A grand cup awaits you in Claudine’s breakfast room. The attention to detail was exceptional from the decor to the breakfast and everything else. The outdoor setting and surroundings were magical. What really topped it off was the service by Nathalie and Florence. Nothing was too much. They went out of their way to give us a spectacular dinner for our honeymoon. It was perfect.
