Quirky and great hosts, best nights sleep with good en-suite. Breakfast is as good or better than any top class hotel(must try homemade bread and granola). Believe me you will not be disappointed.

Staff were welcoming and really friendly. Was in a great location. Parts of the hotel were a little outdated, however current owners are making upgrades as they have just taken over. They were extremely friendly. Food was great and they couldn’t do enough.

Vanessa runs a beautiful B&B and really looks after her guests. The rooms are well appointed and spacious with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, complete with homemade marmalade and jams. There was a lovely plate of fresh scones with jam/cream awaiting us upon our arrival which went well with pot of tea served to us in the lounge. The property was set amongst the farms in Thornton Rust and was an incredibly tranquil and restful place to stay. It was well located for us to do day trips all over the dales.
