The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Antonio who was really helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was amazing - plenty of delicious choices, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The location is good as there are plenty of coffee shops around plus the beach is super close - 5min walk. The lovely staff kept our luggage after we checked out till we left Brighton later in the evening. A really nice stay at The Charm. We will definitely come back here!

The breakfast was everything you'd want in a proper British breakfast to start off your day, a full 3-4 cup french press (as a barista I was in love and drank the entire thing). Suzie and the cook were such wonderful people to talk to as we swapped traveling stories and stories about the UK. when I arrived Suzie greeted me at the front door and showed me to my room. With a perfect location in Kemp Town Brighton, you cannot go wrong with staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast. what an outstanding stay. Thank you Suzie and team!!

This place was a second choice having read through reviews of pur first choice and deciding against that one. This place was clean, pleasant, lovely chap on the front desk, great view from the room and nice and quiet. The room with ensuite was clean and comfy (especially the beds). I liked the old sash windows looking out to the sea. It was basic but that's what we wanted for just one night. Charming older building in a really great location; walking distance to The Lanes, pubs, restaurants, pier and beach. Really good value.
