Love everything. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is not small, but the water is not very strong for the shower, everything is good, the staff is very nice, the breakfast provided was very good, the location is good, there is a cafe, you can go to cheer football.

It was an incredibly well fitted room; a fridge is always a bonus, as are real glasses. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really special. Literally 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes back into the centre of York, but it was so quiet on the street itself. We really couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay.

The room was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, great shower! Well stocked coffee/tea and honour bar in the suite. Location was a leisurely 15 minute walk to the Minster and all the restaurants and tour pick up spot. The breakfasts were delicious. Everything home made by Paul. Fiona was so helpful with directions and suggestions.
