It was lovely decorated room, the tv you could use your channels if you wished and could pull the tv out to watch in bed. Water biscuits and tea coffee in room. The toiletries I wouldn’t normally use but very good quality and smelt nice so I did. Very comfortable stay.

Food - Unfussy short menu varying from day to day. use local produce. This is not a restaurant style pub which is a good thing IMO, but they serve very good food. Drinks - Pub serves a good selection of real ales, local wines etc alongside usual drinks. Location - is rural and within easy driving distance from coast and local attractions. Rooms - are great, everything you need and nothing you don't need. Very good quality furniture, fittings,linens etc. Parking - Pub has ample parking and a lovely garden.

Loved the character of the place and it was perfectly situated with a public car park and easy 60 second walk at the back of the pub. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. A really wonderful experience.

Rooms are spacious cosy and temperature in room perfect and love that it has character and window that opens for fresh air also a sofa area to chill not just a bedroom shower lovely good iron and hairdryer with tea and coffee facilities in room can’t find any faults loved it ! Staff very helpful.

Really great, proper pub with fab atmosphere and food. Super cool friendly staff and great, new, tastefully decorated room with lovely shower & all facilities including a big TV and very good quality mattress and bedding. Beats the large chain Hotels we normally use when visiting family hands down! Will be returning for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, and only a short walk to the highstreet The host was so friendly and just such a nice lady who couldn't do enough for us. She made us feel relaxed when we arrived. We loved that we had our own private entrance also. We will definitely be returning
