Greeted by the hosts, and we received a genuine welcome. Great tour of the premises and help with the luggage! So close to the outlet shopping and local pub and other shops. Great parking as well! Clean, cozy decorated with subtle tones that ease the weary soul.

Dawn was so friendly and accommodating from start to finish. She even offered to prepare us breakfast for our very early start! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely come back and recommend staying here!

Easy to find. Just on the edge of town. Walking distance to the train station and main bus station. The Stagecoach office is closed. Very professional and helpful owners. Well organized breakfast service. It's an old building so it has stairs and compact but comfortable rooms. Nice welcoming atmosphere. Has been extensively updated.

A fantastic little gem of a place. Quiet location. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. It's not big but has all you need and more. Comfortable bed, sml dining table and chairs, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, fan, continental breakfast supplies 😋 good sized bathroom. A nice area out front to sit. Lizzy and Mike are wonderful, helpful hosts.

Awesome gem in Carlisle. Julie provided fantastic hospitality. The rooms are modern, yet cozy. Comfy bed. Lots of little personal touches such as fresh milk in a glass bottle and yummy home-made cookies. We loved every second of our stay at Rosalind House. Would definitely come back. Great location in walking distance to the city center, the University of Cumbria and the Carlisle Cathedral
