It’s homely, cosey, comfortable. The facilities are to a fabulous srandard. We’ve stayed in the queen room and it’s just gorgeous. Stayed 3 times now and can’t wait to go back. Breakfast is 5 star. Nothing is to much trouble for Margaret and always welcomes you with a smile. Love love love it

Location on the waterfront was lovely, room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and very, very good and Yolandi and Jacques our hosts were just fantastic, couldn't have done more, will definitely stay again and are highly recommend, thank you for a great stay

The place was very easy to find,just past "Spar" if your coming from the ferry-side. My key was sitting there waiting for me on my arrival which i thought was a very practical and efficient way of doing things. I found my room to be better than expected and everything worked and was very cozy and CLEAN. The manager called up to confirm my breakfast time and she seemed very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to be able to engage with this lady again who i found out was from Hong Kong. while having breakfast the next morning and she was very helpful and so nice i almost didn't want to leave. You will be in good hands if you stay at the Caledonia,you'l have a really nice,informative,helpful Hong Kong host,a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in a really good location. It was my first break away since I lost my wife . Isle of Man is where we took all of are children growing up so I went back because my wife loved this guest house we have stayed here many of times .
