What a lovely stay! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Bed was soft as a cloud and really comfortable. Location just across the beach. So much attention to detail! Breakfast was fantastic! This really should be a 4 star not a 3 star hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Location was ideal and accessibility fantastic for my son who has cerebral palsy. We would definitely book again in future. We were in Morecambe to visit family. Wish it was dog friendly then my husband and dog would join us for a longer visit next time. Already recommended it to other family members for when they come to visit our relatives in future. Thankyou for a great stay.

The Full English Breakfast was exceptional. They also had other options free of charge as well. Very friendly staff and super clean, large, well kept room with plenty to offer. Pub downstairs was great as well. 11/10.

This property is immaculate and the room is very comfortable. The owners are more than happy to provide any information you need. There is no restaurant on the property, so directions were provided for finding meals and beverages. As I was sitting outside at the patio table the afternoon of my arrival, a cup of coffee was brought out to me. So very thoughtful.

    Fantastic host dave was very welcoming. Even changed our room to a Seaview without asking us so we could see the coastline and across too the lakes thankyou so much dave .we were so lucky to have chosen your b and b .Breakfast was very tasty and great choice .everywhere was spotless and beds were very comfortable. We would definatley book again. We would score the b b 11 out of ten dave was such a great host and very friendly .
