It is a private members club not an hotel so it’s like staying in someone’s country house despite being in the centre of Newmarket. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and a visit to the bar in the evening is a must. There is a dress code and it is just courteous to respect it.

Bedroom was really comfortable and bed was amazing I slept incredibly well. Bathroom was shared but was spacious and extremely clean and cosy. Very quiet location especially as its literally behind newmarket Town centre, great location. Bianca the host was amazing and we were even able to check in a lot earlier due to going to the races which was really simple from that location.
