Excellent location and although the restaurant food in the Hotel is very good, there is a Wetherspoons across the road serving their full range until 11.00 p.m. which is cheap, super good with a great range of craft an bottled beers - also unlimited coffee and chocolate. the breakfasts are comprehensive serving porridge and fresh fruit,as well as a full English Pop They also have an orange squeezer for fresh juice, but it was not operational during my visit— I was told a spare part had been ordered .

Everything! Sue is very kind and hospitable! The room and adjoining dressing room and bath were nicely furnished/equipped, including an electric kettle with various hot drink options. Breakfast was exceptional! Lots of choices! Yum! The property is picturesque, and the chirping birds really add to the natural ambiance. Just lovely!

The bed was wonderful. The bathroom and shower better than we had in some 4 star hotels we stayed at in this trip. There was a separate sitting room and bedroom, so rally more than you would expect from a B&B. The host thought of everything - every little detail was flawless. We can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely community Inn, felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Good atmosphere, with lovely food. Had an event to attend in Catterick so wasn't too far to travel. Situated in a peaceful village.

Comfortable bed room was nicely decorated. Staff friendly & accomadating. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. Food and service 10/10. Would return and definitely recommend for others to stay.
