Cindy was wonderful and welcoming. The little kitchen and small breakfast items were perfect. It was nice having a table and chairs in the room too. The small garden was also a great little place to sit outside. Great location close to everything you need.

The place was very easy to find,just past "Spar" if your coming from the ferry-side. My key was sitting there waiting for me on my arrival which i thought was a very practical and efficient way of doing things. I found my room to be better than expected and everything worked and was very cozy and CLEAN. The manager called up to confirm my breakfast time and she seemed very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to be able to engage with this lady again who i found out was from Hong Kong. while having breakfast the next morning and she was very helpful and so nice i almost didn't want to leave. You will be in good hands if you stay at the Caledonia,you'l have a really nice,informative,helpful Hong Kong host,a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in a really good location. Centrally located in Castletown on the Isle of Man. Rooms above Pub/restaurant but was quiet and comfortable. Rooms and bathroom large and clean. Coffee/ teas/ bottle water provided in room. Just steps from bus stop and 10 min walk to steam train station which takes you to the southern tip of the island or north to Douglas and definitely a must do.
