Lovely quiet location surprisingly easy to find and it felt.very secure. The room was perfect for us and our two spaniels and it was lovely to have a kitchen right next door so we could make breakfast and tea in the morning. There was bread, yogurts and jams left out for us and coffee pods in the room so we couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Having easy access straight out onto the grassed area in the morning was perfect for the dogs and both owners were lovely and friendly when we met them. Definitely will return when visiting the moors or the zoo which was just down the road. Thank you too Debbie for posting hubby's jumper back. You're a super host 😁.

One got the impression that there had been a lot of attention to detail for the guests: instant hot water, two huge triple-glazed doors out to the roof veranda overlooking the river and the Tay Bridge, good room lighting options, a thick quilt on the very large double bed, high quality towels, a very fast-boiling kettle with generous condiments and litres of gratuitous shampoo and shower gel for guests to use. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the back door access to the building which negated the need to walk through the bar on entry.

Just a perfect location for visiting this part of Plymouth; right on the harbor and 5 mins from Plymouth hoe. Literally could not be more convenient for boat trips as is right opposite. Also right opposite the 25 bus stop to the city center, though it's a pretty easy 15 minute walk. Also liked that the accommodation has a separate door. But best of all is the view.
