Great home made breakfast by Ann and Jim (I will probably go back for more) 😊 The rooms are very spacious and spotless clean and have great views. I had one of the best B&B in my life, only regret that I couldnt stay longer. Thanks Ann and Jim

Very nice stay at this property. Very nice, kind, friendly people live there. They always ready to help you. Beautiful nature all around. We really enjoyed company of donkeys near house were we stayed. There is nice playground for kids next to the house that makes it perfect for family stay.

The house and setting is stunning. There were Holsteins grazing outside our window. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating; breakfast is plentiful; all clean and quiet. We didn’t rent a car so friends dropped us off there. Twice the host gave us rides into Derry. We took a taxi back on Saturday night. The taxi driver had no trouble finding it, and it was inexpensive.

Convenient location in Derry, close drive to city centre. Delicious full breakfast and great pub across the street for other meals. Friendly host. Fully recommend and would stay there again.

The property is very close to Ulster University where we took our OSCE to become registered nurses in the UK as we are Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs). Not to mention, the staff was very accommodating and responded to our concerns immediately. Property was regularly cleaned.

Of the three weeks traveling around Ireland, this was the best shower we had. Great water pressure, plenty hot, big enough to move around in and didn't leak water all over the bathroom floor! The only thing that would make it better is a shelf to put your soap/shampoo/razor on rather than the floor. The room was cozy but not too tight. Had full control of the heat so could turn it off! A couple snacks and tea/coffee provided with a kettle and toaster.
