Very spacious guesthouse with comfort in mind. So impressed with the gracious host and ideal location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as trails for walking around the bay. Highly recommend and I will return!

Our stay at No. 12 was absolutely fantastic!!!! Catherine is so kind and her recommendations are exceptional. She truly went above and beyond for breakfast - the best we've ever had. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The location of her property is great - a 3 minute drive into town. The bed is very comfortable and so are the chairs she provides. This is the best b&b we have ever stayed at. I highly highly recommend!!!!

We booked Dun Ard for 2 nights so that se can visit Dungarvan and ride bikes along the Waterford Greenway. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Our hostesses were most hospitable and gave us other recommendations for rainy days. They made us a delicious breakfast.

Very, very nice host, we have received many good information for cycling. Ideal B&B, B&B at its best. The farm is a bit out of the way, very quiet, in the middle of the greenery. The room was stunning, large bathroom and private dressing room. Great roof terrace, great breakfast, all freshly prepared. Very nice lounge. Perfect parking opportunity.
