Sharon (the host) was amazing and had plenty of local insight and suggestions for our stay. The river view from the room was excellent. There was ample hot water and everything was clean throughout. The bed was comfy and the location can’t be beat. Had a really great time staying at Moorings Greenway.

They gave us an excellent full Irish breakfast even though the reservation said it would be a continental breakfast. The booking also said there was no onsite parking but there was always street parking nearby.

The room was super comfy! There was a nice assortment of pillows and a tea/coffee making station; we had fresh, soft towels, a TV, hairdryer, and everything we could need for a good stay. We can't speak highly enough about the host: she is delightful and attentive to her guests, and she truly enjoys guaranteeing a good stay. The breakfast was awesome: fruit, proteins, breads, tea and coffee -- everything you need to keep you going for a day of traveling. We will stay again, and you should, too!

Incredibly clean, well decorated and in a very nice and quiet residential area. Only a few minutes walk to main part of town. Breakfast was amazing and hosts friendly and attentive.

    This B and B was in the town of Newport just on the outskirts but in walking distance of the town. It had very good facilities and a great hostess. This was a good base for exploring some of the attractions of County Mayo.

    Great location, close to local amenities and areas to explore such as croagh Patrick and achill island. We found it ideal as a place where we didn’t spend much time due to an activity-packed weekend, but was comfortable and quiet whenever returning from a day of activities.
