It had everything we needed. For most of the time, it was very quiet at night time except for one evening. When young people were screaming,,, but it wasn't long. They were just passing .As the location is SO close to the city centre, I feel this is to be expected. We had a lovely evening in Tramore, which is just about a 15 minute drive to the Beach.

This is a nice B&B in a quiet location with open views over cattle fields. Excellent breakfast and very friendly host and student helpers. We had only booked for one night as a stop-over so cannot comment on surrounding area or suitability for a longer stay. Would be very happy to stop here again. I believe there are only two guest rooms and the spacious downstairs lounge (with tv and fridge) is available for exclusive use of visitors.

Food was gorgeous, we had breakfast two mornings and lunch, everything we had was tasty and well presented. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city centre and the start of the greenway. The room was modern, clean, quiet and a good size. A lovely hotel to stay in.
