Lovely, peaceful setting on the lake. Fun watching the birds. The staff was always available if we needed anything. They arranged a tour of the backwaters for us. Early breakfast is toast and eggs, but if you wait until 9:00 you can get a Keralan breakfast. Also, you can have dinner delivered and eat on your verandah. A canoe is available for your use, but it was raining so we didn't use it.

The host and care taker are amazing They communicate with us well and help us with everything we need. The host is very very kind He picked us up from the train station and took us to Amma Ashram 😊. The room is a clean, comfortable bed and very good location and beautiful view from the lake.As well for transport you can use the bicycle which makes it easy to move around the places around the area are beautiful and the breakfast is very tasty great coffee or tea masala and a lot of variety.. I highly recommended this place to anyone 😊

Good location, close to canal, river and railway station. Nice sun rise boat trip , and walks around Munroe island. Free of charge pick up and dropping from the railway station. Budget and quality evening meals can be arranged at the guesthouse and tea , coffee too
