very small property, located about a 5-10 minute (flat) walk to the Center of the old town of Bellagio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. pool area was lovely, although during our stay (mid-September) it was a little too chilly to enjoy. breakfast was huge (Pastries, cold cuts and cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt) and kept us going most of the day!

I like the place,even it is far from the center ,but you can walk to the center.It is parking nearby,what is good for people with the car.Downstairs little cafe where you can buy coffee and croissant. Park,lake is near the place. The famous park is also very close by..

We liked everything, the owners were fantastic, they went to the extreme to make us feel at home, everything we requested was granted with a smile in their faces. Great food and excellent prices. The views from the terrace where you can have a meal were out of this world
