I enjoyed the location on the piazza of Monteriggioni, right in the middle of the castle. In the video game, Assassin's Creed 2 this is where the villa of the protagonist was. The hosts were superb, kind, and informative. The breakfast box was plentiful. Great base for our explorations of Tuscany.

Great location. The host was very kind and greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome and right at home. She made a wonderful breakfast as well. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the stay very much. We would stay longer but it was booked.

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable, The family running the B & B are lovely and helpful. We were able to use the common room to create our own dinner a couple of night during our stay, it was a drive to find a restaurant near as this B &B as it is in the countryside. So it was lovely to be able to prepare a simple meal ourselves. The garden is also very nice with plenty of space lounge or for children to play.

Excellent location - peaceful area with distant view of Siena from the balcony and great areas for walking in nature. Good balance of being out in the country but only 10-15 minutes from Siena. Mancino is an excellent place to stay and ideally placed as a base for the area. The hosts are outstanding and very helpful with advice about local attractions. The breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip with choices in cereal, fruit, yogurt or eggs. The setting and view are spectacular and tables are set out on the lawn for guests to sit and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again when returning.
