Owners were greatly helpful and present. They greeted at the entrance, explained everything and they were there also during the breakfast where there were also cannolini made by her at the breakfast. The location is really central and the noise does not create any problems. For those who carry a luggage like me will not have a problem as there's the elevator in the apartment. Clean, specious and comfortable too.

Riccardo was extremely helpful even before we arrived, providing clear and practical information on how to get to the apartment from Palermo Airport. The fare he recommended was reasonable, and his insights about Palermo and the neighborhood around the apartment were incredibly helpful. The property is newly opened (just this year in 2025), but it’s already run with the professionalism of a long-established hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully lit — it truly felt like a 5-star stay. The apartment is inside a 200-year-old building, but everything inside is modern, stylish, and comfortable. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen, though with so many restaurants nearby, we barely used it! The location couldn’t be more strategic — it’s right on the main street, just a few steps from the iconic Quattro Canti, with shops, cafes, and major Palermo attractions all around you. At night, we appreciated the electric metal window shutters that completely blocked out street noise, allowing for a quiet and restful sleep despite being in the lively heart of the city. If you’re staying in the center of Palermo, I highly recommend B&B Quattro Canti Deluxe — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm Sicilian hospitality.

    Perfect location in Mondello, 4min walk to the beach. Private parking such a luxury in this busy area. The room had everything we needed and the addition of a fantastic coffee machine, juicer for fresh orange juice and fresh fruit for the mornings. Just perfect. And the quiet private terrace was idyllic - would love to return!
