Il Biotto is beautifully nestled in vineyards on a hillside overlooking San Giorgio and other villages that are a few minute drive away for dinner. The rooms are so new, clean, and comfortable. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool has an infinity edge that overlooks amazing views and seems to be temp controlled to still be refreshing on really hot days. Their wine is fantastic! The breakfast is amazing too! But the best part is the people who own and work here. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming that they make you feel like family. I am usually very critical but cannot find anything bad to say about this place....we will definitely be returning to enjoy more time here.

The host is WONDERFU!. There is so much love for her guests and pride in her B&B. Room is as expected with individual climate control and a nice bathroom. The location is remote, and an invigorating uphill walk to a small town with a Michelin starred restaurant.

    Beautiful house, with garden and parking spot. Big bathroom is external but private, has shower and a tub. Host was very nice, he even prepared as breakfast to go. Breakfast was good, varoius choise, not tipical italian 😀. Every recomendation.

    Nice comfortable room with private parking. Nice breakfast for an extra charge. There is a bistrot attached to the property (but we did not use it for dinner). Lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the lake from the bistrot terrace
