Wonderful hostess, very helpful and friendly, made us feel like welcomed guests. The property is situated directly on the lake front on the secluded patio, with the steps directly to the water, with incredible views. The apartment is very spacious, cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday, bedding changed as necessary. It is beautifully furnished and the views from all the windows are exceptionally beautiful. The breakfast is served in the beautiful garden by the lake, excellent Italian food, beautifully served. The only drawback is that you have to park on a public car park, some 20 metres away.

Outstanding manager, Romina was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us extend our stay by an additional night at the last minute. Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the ferry and just one row back from the water. Real old style, homey B&B. Felt so at ease there. Would have preferred a queen-sized mattress, but that's a minor issue. Loved this place and the whole island and will stay here again if we return.

The pictures on booking.com showed a wonderful location and bright and airy room at a reasonable price. What we got exceeded expectations. The location 'is to die for' right on the banks of Lago d'Iseo. The staff are very helpful and there is a choice of great a la carte food or pizza in the restaurant. One evening when we arrived back from a long and tiring drive, the staff recognised that we do with an extra large drink.

A warm and seamless welcome from the receptionist, who gave clear instructions about where we needed to park. The rooms were great and all in our party (8 adults and 4 babies) were comfortable and had plenty of space. A great breakfast served buffet style each morning - they even have cake...yes, cake for breakfast! We will certainly return. Ferry port on the doorstep for a short trip across the lake.
