A stunning luxury Villa set in the middle of paddy fields frequented by peacocks. During my brief stay I enjoyed fabulous food both at Vila Alba and in a number of local eateries. I lazed in luxury by and in the infinity pool, in one of the most comfortable beds ever and in the cosy VillaAlba library. I went on an elephant safari and saw families of wild elephants, visited the local white tea plantation and the fabulous Galle Fort and saw turtles the size of a table swimming just off the beach! Thanks to the staff and owners for creating such an exquisite haven - I will be back!

This was such a sweet and green place to stay at. The location is perfect to go to the beaches and be close to the restaurants, and is a bit further from all the street noise. The best part about staying here is Daiana the lady who took care of us while there, she makes great breakfast, is very helpful and kind, she makes the place very special! Hoping to go back again soon!

In addition to beautiful terrace, it was a private big kitchen with all furniture attached to the room. It was also a washing machine available in the room. The owner was very friendly, polite and supportive. The local breakfast was very delicious. The fresh juice prepared from the properties' garden was awesome. The room was in the first floor with some steps that was not a problem for us. The path to the villa and the villa`s yard were very beautiful.
