This is a hidden gem run by a passionate family that truly care about your stay being comfortable. It’s authentic with amazing home made dinner and delicious healthy breakfast. They arranged a safari drive for us as well as directed us to the Elephant Transit House which is walking distance. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Great place to stay and unwind in the gently swaying trees of the property. Dinesh and his parents are wonderful kind people and will make sure your stay is memorable.

AMAZING! This is a little hidden Gem. This place is new and so clean. But most importantly, the little family that owns it, takes such good care of the house and property. Please do have the rice and curry, its the best we have had since our past 11 rice and curry’s. Its spicy to perfection so do let them know if you don’t like it spicy. You will have total privacy in your own little cabana. Hot water in both Cabanas (1 Cabana has ac but not the other yet so choose what you prefer). Theres a big Hamac were you can lay and watch the monkeys play in the trees. Take the 7hour safari tour with them. They will bring you for breakfast by the river and keep you away from all the other tourists on the reserve so you get more privacy with the Elephants. I would pay 100$/night to stay here compared to many places we have stayed that are sooo not like the pictures and reviews. Don’t hesitate. Its perfect!

the garden is very beautiful and the view from the balkony is great. our room was very comfortable and bathroom was super clean with hot water. everything was new and tidy.there is a nice dinning erea too. the owners are very nice and helpful.they welcomed us with a coconut. and breakfasts were delicious.

If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would. What a great finding. The bed is the BEST we’ve had in Sri Lanka, shower pressure was AMAZING, everything super clean sheets, towels and room. The view is great, with the green scenery. Breakfast is also very plentiful and delicious. For dinner and lunch, the location is also perfect once it’s walking distance to the 2 best restaurants in the region. They have the best safari prices as well, he has 2 great cars and is very experienced Now talking about the owners: 2 great human beings, that besides taking care of their guests, they also take care of the poor dogs of the regions. They cook them food twice a day, took some to the vet, helped stray cats, and call animals their friends. I fell in love with this place and would not think about staying anywhere else. Thank you 🤍
