My girlfriend and I spent 5 amazing nights in and around Amlougui House. Being in a village far from the crowds is priceless. We also managed to do an epic 2 days excursion. The food was one of the best we had in our 3 weeks trip in Morocco. Above all, all these experiences were elevated by Ibrahim our exceptional host and guide. We will definitely come back and plan for a longer excursion.

the place is wonderful, you are at Ourika Valley but far from the noise above! the hotel is situated by the river so when you go downstairs you leave all the busy narrow road to simply enjoy the sound of the river, the garden and the mountains! The rooms are cozy and comfortable but the best of this place I’m still to tell: Martine, the owner, is an incredible gentle woman, and Samira will delight you with her cooking skills! the first time I was there in 2018 I knew I’ve found a gem and I’ve returned five times more!! if you like trekking, Mr. Ibrahim will take you to wonderland in the mountains! Juliette is a brilliant chef. I enjoyed the meal very much. Starters+ main + desert and an excellent breakfast. Can only highly recommend it to stay there. She also plans to modernize the site, so go there! For hikers it is a very good area.

this should be called dar paradise. it is just great and nice experience. magical in all senses. it is not the luxury you would see in other places, but for nature connection, this is the right place. dont eat outside because their food is one of the best I have ever tasted in morocow. Hesham is the one. never reserve if hesham is not there. this guy is god gift if he is not on leave. the hotel should be called under his name.
