Everything ! It was super clean, comfy and easy to find! Quiet neighborhood and I loved the Deers everywhere close to the house and to the roads. Marlen furnished everything with love and you can see that. She’s super open and welcoming and I loved talking to her but she of course respects the other way around too if someone’s more introverted. I loved everything and can 100% recommend. If I’m back in the area, that is my go to Host and house ! 😄

The location is amazing. You can walk to downtown San Marcos and to close-by restaurants and bars. We slept very well in the cozy bed and it was nice and quiet.

The view from the cabin over the river, watching the deers cross your front yard in the afternoon while reading a good book in the porch. Having marshmallows at night in the fire ring outside the cabin, easy access to the river. We forgot there were tennis courts and didn’t bring our racquets sadly.

We have stayed here many time Do accommodating and excellent quality in all aspects Food is amazing great WiFi and smart tv if you want to snuggle up to a movie ! Love the bed and sheets plus the dinner that’s included is farm to table excellent!!

Very serene and close to everything

We stayed overnight with our 9 month old daughter. Despite being told there was a 10pm noise curfew we were woken up multiple times at night by screaming and doors slamming. Other than that our stay was great

This was a beautiful property for 2. The house was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and comfortable. The views from the house and balcony were gorgeous and offered a wonderful opportunity to share morning coffee and evening drinks. We were also delighted to see birds and deer from our balcony.

Blair House Inn and Spa offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 13 miles of Texas State University and 22 miles of Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort.
